Return Policy 

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all unused items. The item(s) must be unaltered, undamaged and in original packaging. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Once Garage Royalty has received the return and completed their inspection, all funds will be refunded to the original method of payment (minus all fees).

The company reserves the right to remedy any minor defects in defective units by replacing defective, inoperable or missing parts rather than offering a refund or exchange.

After 30 days, and up to 60 days from the date of purchase, if you are not happy with your purchase, and have not installed it, you may return it for a refund, less all actual shipping charges related to the product. The unit(s) must be undamaged and in original new condition. You may return items up to 60 days after purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 Garage Royalty DOES NOT accept returns on units that have been installed, modified, scratched, or damaged as they cannot be resold as new products.

 

Delivery 

We cannot guarantee delivery as the shipping of your order will be contracted to a third-party shipping company. Garage Royalty will not be held accountable if your order arrives late, or with missing or damaged items. Please wait to receive your order and thoroughly check to ensure no item(s) are missing or damaged prior to booking any installers/contractors. 

Garage Royalty reserves the right to cancel any item(s) on your order at any time. Should this occur you will receive a refund for said item(s). 

 

Less Than Truckload (LTL) Shipments

Should your order be particularly large (typically 6 or more slatwall boxes), Garage Royalty may, at their own discretion, decide to ship your order with a freight carrier, rather than a small parcel carrier. 

Due to the nature of LTL shipments, your order may take 5-10 business days to arrive. 

Someone over the age of 18 is required to be present to sign for the shipment at the time of arrival. The freight carrier will call you approximately 24 hours prior to delivery to schedule an appointment. 

You may be required to assist with unloading, the delivery driver is not permitted to enter your home or garage. 

IMPORTANT!! Prior to signing for your shipment thoroughly check your order and note any damaged or missing items on the delivery slip. 
Failure to do so may result in issues or denial when requesting replacement units. 

Should you notice missing or damaged items not originally noted on the delivery slip (such as damage concealed by packaging), you have 5 days from the date of delivery to notify Garage Royalty of said issues. 
Garage Royalty cannot be held responsible for resolving problems after this time frame.
